Country cottage located at 700 m the HOUCHES (trade 1.3 km) and at 2.5 km of CHAMONIX (trade 3.4 km), in a fully enclosed 3000m2 site with a parking area (Every year, I obtain the first prize of the French ‘houses in bloom’ contest and last year I came third in the whole department.)
Garage ( 2 voitures) area in front of the apartment.
A large variety of summer activities are on offer in the valley.
The perfect place from which to set off to explore the 350 km of mountain trails.
The winter with 5 mn of the station HOUCHES 3.4 km, with 7 mn of that of CHAMONIX 4.9 km and 15 mn of the GRANDS MONTETS 13 km.

SHUTTLE BUS STOP: 150 m away from the apartment
TRAIN to 50 m of the property Stop TACONNAZ. Small train panoramique(2 coaches), connection the FAYET, CHAMONIX and MARTIGNY (Swiss).

Trains and shuttles are free in the valley of CHAMONIX with "chart of hosts".
