The apartment is ideally situated in the outskirts of Cran-Gevrier, in the neighbourhood of Annecy. It provides spacious accommodation (79 m2) for four people within minutes from Annecy town centre and Annecy Lake.
The flat is on a self catering basis.
Parking is available on the street, at no charge. Having your own car is best, as there are plenty of nice places to visit all around, but you can still reach Annecy city centre by bus, within 10 minutes. The bus stop is just across the street.

there is a small balcony, which gets the sun nearly all day and gives nice views over the countryside. The flat is on the 5th and last floor of the building, with elevator.
The accommodation provides a lounge/dining room leading to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Cooker, Electrical Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Deep-Freeze unit, Iron, Vacuum Cleaner. Table and seating are for 4 people.
The lounge is equipped with a leather sofa and two armchairs. TV, CD-player, DVD-player, Internet access (bring your own computer), free unlimited phone on landlines to France and many foreign destinations (list provided on arrival).
The double bedroom with King size bed (160x200) is 17 sqm and has a large cupboard with mirror sliding doors.
The second bedroom is 13 sqm and has a Double bed (140x200), it is also fitted with a large cupboard with 3 doors.
There is a bathroom with bath and shower over. The washbasin is fitted in a cupboard and has a large mirror.
The WC is separate.

Access: highway A41 Lyon-Geneva, exit Annecy Sud. A few shops (grocery, two bakeries, pizza to take away, pharmacy) and ATM can be reached within 10 mn walking. A supermarket and a huge hypermarket are within 5 mn by car.
If you enjoy hiking, numerous trails are within short distance by car.
Mountain resorts such as La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand can be reached within 45 minutes. Aix-les–Bains and Geneva are 30 minutes away.
Chamonix and Albertville are about one hour away.
Annecy Lake is only 4 km away…

The apartment can be rented between May 29 and September 4, 2010 on a weekly basis.
The changeover day is on Saturday.
This is a non-smoking property, smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Water and electricity are included in price. Free Internet access and free phone on landlines within France and numerous destinations.
